Hi John,

You don't say what kind of server you are using, if any, but if you
have access to PHP/MySQL, SendStudio from www.interspire.com is worth a
look. Its a dedicated email newsletter handling software which you
install on your own server and the basic licence allows you (or your
client) to handle mailshots for up to 5 domains

They are in Australia, but their tech support is very good if you allow
for the time difference
