Thats called a favicon. Usually you just make a small image (perhaps
32x32) and name it favicon.ico and put it in the root directory. You
can also add certain links within the head of your html to make sure
its compatable with most browsers.

This should be sufficient:



Make sure the type is correct on the first one.
