FN-FORUM: scheduled tasks without the task scheduler (or CRON)

I've a site hosted with fasthosts which needs to run an ASP script every day to alert users when their membership has expired and change their account status in the DB accordingly.

Usually it'd be a simple task of using the scheduled tasks in windows or adding the script to a CRON job in unix - however!

Fasthosts dont provide scheduled tasks on their windows boxes (which the site is on) and say it cant be done.

Other than visiting the page myself every day at one minute past midnight, how could I create a psuedo-scheduled task system?
