Hi there,
I have Smart FTP, work very well. Easy to use and it has some
additional features if needed.

I agree though that a secure method should be used if the server supports
it, hence my plug for WinSCP.

If you are looking for a FTP uploader, then use Coffee Cup Free....
You can use an unlimited number of FTP accounts, resume broken downloads and

Just to clarify, it uses SCP or SFTP, which is based on SSH. That is a
different protocol to Secure FTP. So, I guess you just need to see what
your server supports.

I always set up CoreFTP for my clients, simple enough for most of them ;-)
CuteFTP is pretty straight-forward as well, also CoffeeCup FTP

I use WinSCP, its a free SFTP and SCP client for Windows.
It does SCP as well as FTP, hence its name :)
