Hi All

I have a client that has been with me for several years, work is
constantly increasing and so they asked if i would like a retainer every
month.

I am not sure how to respond as i honestly don't know a lot about them.
Does anyone else have a retainer with a client? If so how do you have it
set up? Is it monthly? What happens to the days that they don't use up?
Roll over to the next month?
