Very configurable and about the best WYSIWYG editor you can get in terms of
how polished it is (IMHO). Not free but very cheap and worth every penny. It
doesn't automatically strip copy from word but...

You could try and restore the 'hive files' to their default - this will mean

When I put in the Cloned HDD and start the pc, when it gets to the part
where windows loads, it keeps rebooting and does that in a cycle.
