FN-FORUM: USB extension cable

I'm sure I'm looking for the wrong thing but is it possible to get a USB
extension cable longer than a couple of metres? I need it as I
temporarily need to move into a room away from my router. I can hear you
all shouting wireless router but it is only going to be for about a week
at the moment so I'm looking to be as much of a scrooge as possible...
