As far as I understand it, this is not possible outside IE. You server side
script may have to break stupidly long words up itself. But then the question
becomes "how".

A div seemed to be overlapping the bottom edge in IE7 for me. Was ok in
FF2, but there's a slight shimmer of the text as it slows to a stop in
Firefox, also apparent but a lot less noticeable in IE7....
