Re : html tag attributes, what I was showing was nothing to do with page
encoding (re: your meta tag), it is just some attributes that are read by
search engines and the like that tell them...

Thanks Sam. It's a closed system (you have to register) so SEs are
not a concern. Also I've already built the site for one language so
