Thanks for the info Ian - this is actually trying to take money out of a
Halifax account so hopefully its not a similar thing. I don't know why
but I do feel it's a problem with Paypal. The business networking site
obviously aren't too keen on me as I keep emailing them to ask them if
there is an alternative way to pay to prevent the closure of my account
but no one wants to know.... am I really that unlikeable :(
