wouldn't the addition of the word 'specific' do it? Your code libraries arent specificly designed for that site alone, so you should be free to re-use them.

Okay, just finished the contractor alliance site, and the client wants me to
sign this...

Alliance to MY CLIENT.
I've got no problem handing over the rights to the code for the website, but
the paragraph above seems to be giving a little bit too much away - ie it
might be taken that I cant use any of my code libraries on an other site -
which obviously isn't going to happen.
Has any one got a similar paragraph or two I can borrow that does the same
thing, but protects me as much as my client?
