Yep that should work actually after quickly looking online. MapNetworkDrive takes 5 arguments. The third, bUpdateProfile, is a boolean value which adds the drive to the users account. The last two...

If you have access to an IMAP email server you could connect to it from your mail client and drag'n'drop all the mail across to it. Then do the reverse on the new MAC. Or just use IMAP all the time...
