It's cheaper to sound-proof a small cupboard (maybe an under stairs
one) and put the kids in there. Get a sturdy lock too, but leave a
small gap under the door so you can slide sandwiches in.

Fibreglass would actually work quite well (the denser the better) -
however, remember it's real purpose; you could get bloody hot in there!!!

Kind of related, but I recently did some acoustic treatment to the walls of
the new vocal booth in my home studio (OK, it's the understairs cupboard,

It depends on the platform im using,
If it's ASP.Net I will use XML, or PHP using arrays, then loop through.

I've downloaded it and am pretty disappointed.
On multiple monitors, you can only maximize it on the left most monitor,
otherwise it seems to disappear!
The rendering engine is pretty decent - but...

I downloaded the public beta of safari 3 this morning, which now also
runs on windows and is 'apparently' the fastest browser on any
platform. It does look pretty, but its yet to blow me away with it...
