You can use this website to create it for you -
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

After it's done you can just download it and upload it to your website.

I am curious to find out how you guys go about creating a site map for
the web sites you build.
Its rather a tedious thing to do, and wonder whether you do it
manually, or use some gizmo to help things along?
