Then don't let the spam blocker block emails!

He might. But what do *his* customers want? I really dislike=20
calling people on their mobile, particularly people I have never=20
talked to before. It always seems that you catch them in a=20
noisy environment with poor coverage, and they have an=20
incomprehensible accent to boot.
On top of that I resent being forced to pay expensive call=20
charges when I am already forking out quite a lot of money
for unlimited phone calls (to landlines) and relatively high
speed internet access - which between them should suffice
for most situations.
Give people the choice. Phone (not an 08-bloody-70 number,
a real genuine landline number), fax, mobile, email, webform,
carrier pigeon.
One last thing - would you be saying the same if you were deaf?
