You can do thumbnail sheets with adobe photoshop if you have that or know
someone who does:
In photoshop go to:
File > automate > contact sheet II
and then you can configure your merges to create...

One of my clients wants to be able to print out all the (high res) photos
she has in various folders, as thumbnails, so that she can refer to a paper
