Erm,
What language are you using? With coldfusion it's simply a case of
saying I'm sending the following html email and here's the html content.

I'd be very concerned about a client wanting to do this type of stuff.
For one thing I can already see the "but it looks fine on my browser"
conversation where she hasn't uploaded all the images to a public facing
server.
