Chris is right - sometimes they never finish.
Normally I say 20% deposit, 50% on completion, 30% within 30 days or on
launch of the website (whichever is sooner). 30 days is plenty of time
for them...

Your job was to build her a CMS not to wait for her to write her content.
And im my experience some clients actualy NEVER finish their content.
