I have to disagree
I have used osCommerce and found that the html pages with css work as you
wish them to. You use the STS template system they have to customise it.
Can't comment on Zen.

Intial problems were overcome then I had problems with php.ini file and

Actually solved the problem myself, a simple (Hindsight) case of removing
the speech marks in the code.
