Thanks for all the help!

It seems like private is probably the best way to go at the moment as we
want to try and keep costs as low as possible to start off with and also
I don't really have a spare £12,500 lying about...

I'm all for reducing paper work so using one company with multiple
trading names seems like a better idea than separate companies.
