Hi Jay

I would suspect it has something to do with the tabbed navigation, try
adding the Google Maps onload function to the display of the tab rather than
the load of the page to see whether this works, also remember that Google
Maps causes a memory leak in IE and you need the unload function as well
which should be run when you view a different tab.
