I'm not sure I understand the question... are you asking whether
there is a PC equivalent of a Mac? If so the answer is no: there is
nothing you can do to a Windows PC that will make it work like a Mac.
Even if you install one of the many user interface hacks that might
give a vaguely Mac-like appearance, it will still be a Windows PC
under the covers. None of the things that make the Mac experience
uniquely worthwhile will be there.

As the crude Americanism has it, "you can put lipstick on a pig but
it's still a pig".
