Most online design is not focussed on the aesthetic anymore, rather on
the updatability, usability and SEO bility (or however you call it...).
I've had a quick look at your site and I think you're looking for
projects in site architecture and programming. Cold calling and "called
emailing" will probably prove time consuming. Try elance.com although I
think it's a bit of a rip off. Otherwise, you could go to
companypartners.com, it is more focussed on finding business partners
but I think you could get some good leads with pre-startups (which are
likely to need your service). Overall, networking is your best option,
either online or offline (businesslinks may be able to help as well)
