FUD. You can't opt out of IR35 and the opt out (probably) has no effect
on your IR35 status. It is opting out of the protection of the
employment agency regulations. If you have already met the client and
started work you cannot opt out as it must be done BEFORE meeting client
or starting work.

If you are basically PAYE or you are treated like an employee DO NOT opt
out. This is nastier for the agency and better for you and they deserve
it for making you go through an umbrella.
