Sorry: Dominic is right. It was 'urged in' by the big consultancies so that
they could get more of their people in at customers by getting rid of
the far cheaper IT contractors & small consultancies.
Spouse as company secretary is another battle.

Yes, but you also get advice from a forum such as this. Never put your eggs
in one basket.
BTW: a little bit of trimming old/irrelevant mail & umpteen mail trailers
might have been nice.
