Personally, I wholeheartedly recommend Dreamhost.com - I've been using
them for a year now, and had no problems or downtime. Their hosting
prices are nothing short of ridiculous (ridiculously low, not high) -
they cost me £100 for two years, unlimited domains, current 219Gb of
space and increasing by 2Gb per week, bandwidth currently at 4,600Gb per
month, increasing by 40Gb per week.

So yeah, utterly ridiculous.

Registration's crap and limited to US domains, but they'll allow you to
point DNS to them from any domain, which is what I do.
