I should think that if even a small proportion of their customers went=20
anywhere near these sorts of numbers, they'd be changing their business
plan.

But one reason that customers don't reach these numbers is that=20
Dreamhost forbid anything but web and email.

Obviously you are happy with the Ts & Cs but anybody considering=20
Dreamhost should read them carefully.
