On the note of problems I haven't heard anything.
One thing you may want to look out for is the version of Vista on
the laptop you get. With XP you only get IIS with XP Pro as an extra
to instal...

you will find a lot of useful information.

What you want is to investigate URL Rewriting. It's a PITA but worth it for
searches.

When all's said and done, IE really still doesn't support the full set of
:hover attributes. In CSS :hover can be used on just about anything, but IE
simply doesn't support it in a lot of situations....
