Sounds like both the Linksys and the airport routers are acting as DHCP
servers for their respective bits of the network, so you get one half on
192.168 and the other on 10.0, and the problem you describe.

It should be possible to configure the Airport so that its own DHCP server
is off and it just hands DHCP requests off to the Linksys. Then everybody
should be on 192.168 and you've got one single network, not two.
