My source is the collective knowledge and evidence of the nations backbone
of legal and otherwise organisations that help, advise and represent the
nations charitable organisations, as direct to me by my clients at the Uk's
largest charitable organisation outside of the City of London. As such i
think that a fairly reliable source.
Allied to this is the mental understanding and decoding of your comments
that make me cringe from the sheer ignorance of some of their implications.
By ignorance i mean that some of the things you say are to my mind way of
the mark and dangerous, and whilst im not doubting your source of
information, i do question the sources actual knowledge and/or your
interpretation of said source(s). E.g. Suggesting that a butcher doesn't
have to make his shop accessible because he does mail order is nonsense.
Unless the shop was a new build or underwent a significant change of purpose
within the last 5 years, it would not need to be accessible. If it was new
build or underwent a significant change of use requiring planning permission
within the last five years it WOULD need to be accessible regardless of
whether or not he offered a mail-order service.
P.s. just out of interest does he stick the meat in an enevelope and post it
via royal mail? This would potentially fall-foul of posting regulations
especially if it was a chicken.
