Re: FN-FORUM: UBUNTU Server

date posted 15th January 2008 22:20

FUNNY THAT!

I was just thinking I ought to follow up my recent pleas for help. So thank
for all the advice.

We've got the server, installed UBUNTU and now I am going to install a GUI
for it as my command line skills are a little rusty. Hope to have ColdFusion
on there soon and then all up and running with a development server.

Then we're going to do the same again, if it all works and configure a
proper server to go into a CoLo place to host our store and some customer's
sites. Hope to save a fortune on managed server.
