Extremely common, but annoyingly random. And by blocked I mean "accepted=
=
for delivery and then deleted without notice".
The particular problem I had was sending on behalf of a site visitor who=
'd =
filled in a web contact form. I think the problem is because SenderID =
doesn't handle this at all well, but the random and silent nature of the=
=
deletions makes it difficult to know.

Have a go at the guidelines:
http://postmaster.msn.com/Guidelines.aspx
There's a form you can fill in to get more personal support, which helpe=
d =
in my case:
https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=3Dedfsmsbl&ct=3Deformts
The quote from MS is:
"The troubleshooting steps in this email are recommendations only.
Microsoft makes no guarantees that following these steps will guarantee
deliverability to MSN, Hotmail, or Live.com customers."
If you need mail to delivered (as spam or not) or rejected properly, and=
=
not deleted without notification, don't use Hotmail. Hotmail users most =
=
certainly will fail to receive some messages that the sender thinks has =
=
got to them.
