FN-FORUM: Live Chat Support Type Systems

Hi,

A client has asked me to look into possibly adding a live chat support
type system. A quick search on google has given back lots of results.

Has anyone integrated anything like this before, I'm assuming most of
the vendors out there will just give you some code to stick on your site
for users to use, and then some software for the pc.

Has anyone got any recommendations, ideally I'd like to have one that's
free to keep the cost down for the client, in php (for the web front end
at least) and customisable or based around templates so I can make it
fit in to the web site.
