I'm hoping the table comment was a joke! I've just spent ages trying =20
to work out CSS =96 tell me it's not in vain :o(
I don't want the panel to run on from the text because it makes it =20
look too important and because of its colour would detract from the =20
main message. I want it to visible (hence big and orange) but not too =20=
visible. I could just whack a standard huge gap between the bottom of =20=
the text and the top of the panel, but then it leaves unsightly gaps =20
at the bottom of some pages - and unnecessary scrolling on others.
I almost forgot a rather bigger question =96 how do I get it to sit in =20=
the middle (horizontally) of the screen? Again, this works on Firefox =20=
and Safari but not IE =96 perhaps I should buy all my visitors a Mac!!
