Free version didn't work for me after a bit due to the number of files I
wanted to sync. But otherwise good.

Watch files that are being missed if you have lots of them to sync.
Otherwise OK.

By lots of files, I mean thousands.

Unison is free, and handles thousands of files with ease and efficiently.
It also, like rsync, can transfer partial files which is handy for very
large binaries where only part has changed. The downside is that it's a
bit more techy.
