Aww cute puppy, Shame I live in a flat, they may not allow me to have a dog,
( doesn't work the same with a fish lol - although I do spend time watchin
them instead of the tv esp as we have water snai...

I usually end up either going out to the far end of the garden and
checking the chickens (collect eggs in the morning, give them some corn
in the afternoon) or walking the dog.

I guess the clothing thing does work, I had been to meet a client at the
beginning of the week and was dressed smart, I got more done that afternoon
than I would normally, kind of felt slightly import...

Try to start the day with some exercise before you start work. I'm awful at
it but when I do I feel great. Trouble is of course, when you're on a big
job you just want to get it done:(

Get a dog.
Take it for a long walk every day and hope to God that it's tired
afterwards and won't hassle you for those remaining work hours.
Also eat plenty of fresh fruit and drink a lot of water. T...

Try getting a bit of fresh air, I always find a ten minute brisk walk
and some water helps to clear the head and give you the energy to work.
