Generally, it's an Outlook setting (default) which prevents the display
of external images for safety. Image needs to be embedded. Still sounds
as thought it's not using HTML at one end.
Go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, Internet Format (near the top) on ten
sender's machine and click the Restore Defaults button, so it is
definitely trying to embed.
Put all files used by the sig in documents and
settings\username\application data\microsoft\signatures. Don't worry
about correct HTML, make the signature using Tools, Options ,Mail
Format, Signatures, and don't view the source or you'll cry!.
BTW Sigs are now broken in Outlook 2003, but that's to do with the fact
that it is too near the top of the page so the fonts come out wrong when
you start to type above it. It won't be fixed, apparently.
