The best way I can think of off the top of my head would be to have all=20
of the different blocks of text in include files, so he just needs to=20
edit those, and have image names predefined (like index_bottom_left.jpg=20
or whatever) so that he can just drop in files with the same name to=20
replace existing images.
Failing that, chuck it all into a CMS like MODx and show him how to use=20
that :)
