That's an OEM version- if you need to replace a couple of components (
assuming it behaves like XP ) you will find you have to reinstall it and
it won't let you on an OEM licence so you'll need to buy a new copy.

Probably means it's ok for a Laptop, but anyone who upgrades or services
their own Desktop risks being stung by it.
