That's how it *used * to be the licence changed to close that loophole.

Vista was pre-installed. it is licenced only for the machine it was =20
installed on, so no.
I have to say that the best way round all of this is to register as a =20=
Microsoft partner and buy the action pack every year (199+VAT):
