thanks tony, very useful, although it's a little ambiguous - is the VAT
number is needed on each and every email communication...?

it seems you need as a minimum something like:
"XYZ Enterprises Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with
company number 1234567" but still unclear about VAT number...?
