It depends what you are using the list for really. I have used Marketing
File (www.marketingfile.co.uk), but they are not always cheap (depending on
what you are looking for) and Selectabase (www.selectabase.co.uk) are good
if you want to target start-up businesses and those who are moving premises=
.
Both have consumer lists too.
