as long as the player is embedded correctly it should work =
cross-browser, swfObject used to the defacto way to embed and avoid the =
"activate this activeX" plugin however i dont think this works in IE7 =
now and so the JS provided by the new Flash Authoring tool =
(AC_FL_RunContent.js) following publish is the way to go.

I think Jeroen's player is really good, and it keeps getting better =20
with each release. Having said that, I don't really like the =20
interface and although you can skin it, if you don't have a lot of =20
time you might want to take a look at OutsideOfSociety's flv player =20
(http://oos.moxiecode.com/flvplayer/).
I think it looks really good out of the box, and you can also feed =20
playlists into it. I made a really quick tutorial on how to embed =20
Flash videos using the flvPlayer and SWFObject script. The author of =20
both projects were kind enough to give me permission to package both =20
resources and let people download them in a demo from my tutorial =20
(http://www.mulpo.com/accessible-flash-video).
