That seems rather a long time to implement a payment system -
any particular reason? Rubbish documentation? No (or broken)
sample code? Test servers don't actually behave like real servers?
Test servers silently get turned off at night? (All things I've had in
the past with payment providers and I don't think that's all of them).

I enquire because I want to know if HSBC should be avoided.
I've got a client evaluating payment providers at the moment.
