FN-FORUM: Multiple Websites (domains) from One Web Server

Good Afternoon All,

My company has recently landed a huge contract to become the host of up 200
websites for a client. We would like to set this up on one Windows Server
(2003 64bit r2) running IIS 6 or apache.

Does anyone have any recommendations on any pieces of software that can be
used as a front end to control operations (like the registering of domains,
user profiles, databases etc).
Also if anyone has expert knowledge or past experience in setting up a web
server this way, where large numbers of domains are handled by a single
server, we may have some work coming up soon so contact me off list.
