It was posted for those that have a little more scope other than reading
literal sentences.

It is a free offer for those out there that want somewhere to post some
banner graphic and link back to their site, yes for free.

Offer something for free and you get cyncism.

I guess the next comment will be 'what were you offering' and again here is
a loop forming.
