If in doubt, leave them out.
Any suspicions and you can simply walk away as long as no contracts have
been signed etc.

I'd say that rather depends upon the names and email addresses.

Haven't looked yet but you could simply put the forum into an iframe.
You're still gonna get scrolling etc depending on your settings, but
it's better than old html frames.
