Hello. I just started out myself last week, so this is a question I'd
like to know the answer to. :)
The international freelance sites tend to get a lot of cheap bids from
India, so I've pretty much given up on those. I'm also looking for web
application development stuff rather than web design, so that's another
large part of the market I can't really try for.
