Re: FN-FORUM: Hi all (new here)

Hi Lee.
I plan to get rid of the packages at some point. At the moment I'm
going for Small to Medium businesses and I want to give them a rough
outline of the prices. Every quote I've done so far has been bespoke
and can sometimes (rarely) be less than my cheapest package. If
someone isn't prepared to spend =A3600 on a fully working website then I
don't want them as a customer.
True, some work can be a few hours if it's just a design cut up but
that's something I'm not focusing on at the moment. The basic package
I need to beef up a bit but from previous experience with customers
things never take a few hours. I'm including administration, meetings,
travel and e-mail/phone communication, previews, concepts and
maintenance after the site is live.
I'm going to rework the packages page a bit to make it a bit less
shocking. The text doesn't sit so well on it and I'll also check out
the portfolio page.
Thanks for your feedback!
