FN-FORUM: Suggestions for Dedicated server selection Please!!

Hi

I am looking for a dedicated server to run a website that is streaming
video as FLV, some MP3 / Audio files. What do you guy's suggest ? Go for
Go-Daddy or Fasthosts.co.uk or webfusion.co.uk? I know bit's and bit's about
Plesk , can create hosting by myself .. but that's it .. if there is a minor
problem I can look into it but upgrading PHP version or MySQL server or
controlling mail queue .. I am just lost. . also do you recon that I should
ask for a "dedicated tech. support plan" or it's not that important.

Please suggest
